Dr. Cate Rayner is the Director of the Department of Adolescent Medicine and The Royal Children’s Hospital Gender Service. With a passion for working with young people, Dr. Rayner’s career began in medical school, where she initially considered neonatal paediatrics before finding her calling in adolescent medicine. She specializes in supporting teens through their developmental years, focusing on their physical, social, and cognitive growth. Dr. Rayner is dedicated to creating inclusive, compassionate healthcare environments for all, especially gender-diverse youth.
