InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent for ANZPIC 2023.

On behalf of delegates attending the conference, various accommodation options have been negotiated at Novotel Parramatta and Mantra Parramatta both within a short driving distance to Westmead Children's Hospital, the Conference venue. 

Please book these hotels through this site in order to obtain these special rates. 

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Payment for accommodation will be charged by your selected Hotel and not by ASMIRT or InHouse Event Solutions. If another party will be covering the cost of your accommodation booking please contact Rebecca to request an invoice and/or credit card authorisation form once your reservation has been confirmed.

Each hotel has its own terms and conditions. It is essential that you read these thoroughly in the hotel description during the booking process to ensure that you are fully aware of all charges relating to deposits, amendments, cancellations and no shows.

CANCELLATION: n the case of individual room cancellations made between 13/09/2023 and 27/09/2023 the following fee will apply: * If the booking is for three (3) nights or less; one (1) night fee will be charged for each cancelled accommodation room. ~ or ~ * If the booking is for four (4) nights or more; two (2) nights fee will be charged for each cancelled accommodation room. In the case of individual room cancellations made between 28/09/2023 and 12/10/2023, 100% of accommodation will be charged for each cancelled accommodation room. No shows - 100% of total accommodation per room will be charged. All cancellations must be made in writing to conferences@inhouseeventsolutions.com and are only confirmed if written acknowledgment has been received from InHouse Event Solutions. NAME CHANGES: are allowed. The credit card used to guarantee this reservation will be charged in the case of deposit payment, cancellation and/or non arrival at the Hotel as outlined in the terms and conditions. The credit card may also be charged for any unsettled charges post stay. Guests will be asked to pay the full balance of accommodation upon check in and any incidentals will be charged upon check out. Rates apply to single, twin and double occupancy per room, are expressed in Australian dollars per night and are inclusive of GST. Rates are applicable for up to 2 guests.
