InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent for ANZPIC 2025.

On behalf of delegates attending the conference, various accommodation options have been negotiated at The Larwill Studio Melbourne - Art Series and Mercure North Melbourne both within a short walking distance to Royal Children's Hospital, the Conference venue. 

Please book these hotels through this site in order to obtain these special rates. 

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Payment for accommodation will be charged by your selected Hotel and not by ASMIRT or InHouse Event Solutions. If another party will be covering the cost of your accommodation booking please contact Annabel to request an invoice and/or credit card authorisation form once your reservation has been confirmed.

Each hotel has its own terms and conditions. It is essential that you read these thoroughly in the hotel description during the booking process to ensure that you are fully aware of all charges relating to deposits, amendments, cancellations and no shows.

If the booking is for 3 nights or less: 1 night will be charged for each cancelled accommodation room. If the booking is for 4 nights or more: 2 nights will be charged for each cancelled accommodation room.
