Site Visits
ASMIRT 2026 are pleased to include three site visits as part of the conference program. Choose from the The Menzies Institute for Medical Research, University of Tasmania on Friday 27 March or Saturday 28 March, the Medical Imaging Department at Royal Hobart Hospital or the W.P. Holman Clinic (Radiation Therapy) also at the Royal Hobart Hospital on Saturday 28 March.

Site visits are included in the cost of your registration but numbers are limited. All visits will leave from the Hotel Grand Chancellor and are all within walking distance.

InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent for the ASMIRT 2026 Conference.

Special rates have been negotiated on behalf of delegates at a range of hotel and apartments all within close proximity of the conference venue, the Hotel Grand Chancellor.

The special rates are listed and will be available until 24 February 2026 or until sold out. Please book early to secure your room.

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Payment for accommodation will be charged by the hotel as per the terms and not by ASMIRT, or InHouse Event Solutions. 

Each hotel has its own terms and conditions. It is essential that you read these thoroughly in the hotel description during the booking process to ensure that you are fully aware of all charges relating to deposits, amendments, cancellations and no shows.

CANCELLATION POLICY Any bookings or individual night/s cancelled within 7 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the accommodation total, charged by the hotel to the credit card on file. For no shows, a fee equal to 100% of the accommodation total, charged by the hotel to the credit card on file. All cancellations must be made in writing to conferences@inhouseeventsolutions.com and are only confirmed if written acknowledgment has been received from InHouse Event Solutions. PAYMENT POLICY Please provide a valid credit card to guarantee and hold your reservation. The credit card must expire after the date of the event. Reservations not guaranteed with a valid credit card are subject to cancellation. Payment will be taken upon check in for 100% of the accommodation total. The credit card may also be charged for any unsettled charges post stay. Guests will be asked to pay for any incidentals upon check out.
