Dr John Mc Inerney (he/him) is a senior lecturer and is the outgoing course director in the Radiography degree program at Monash University in Melbourne. During his time as Course director, he has worked hard to shift how we perceive safety in radiography practice from a technical biohazard lens to a holistic one that considers all aspects of safety, prioritising psychosocial safety for people who are often vulnerable when seeking healthcare. He is passionate about equity, diversity and inclusion for all people and in 2023 launched the "Wear it, Ally in training" program in the radiography degree.

Sharon Ponniah (she/they) is a Clinical Educator Radiographer. A member of the neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ and CARM communities, they combine their passion for education with their commitment to inclusivity to ensure that all radiographers are equipped to deliver compassionate, culturally-responsive, person-centred care to the diverse populations they serve.
