Social Function: Bar Gusto | Time: 6.30 pm - 10.30 pm
The Saturday evening networking function is included in all full registrations.

InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent for the QLD RT Weekend 2025.

On behalf of attendees of the meeting, special accommodation rates have been negotiated at the Rydges Fortitude Valley. The special rates listed will be open until 16th September 2025, or until sold out. Please book early to secure your room.

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Payment for accommodation will be charged by your selected hotel and not by ASMIRT, or InHouse Event Solutions. If another party will be covering the cost of your accommodation booking please contact InHouse Event solutions on the below details to request an invoice and/or credit card authority form. 

The Rydges has its own terms and conditions. It is essential that you read these thoroughly in the hotel description during the booking process to ensure that you are fully aware of all charges relating to deposits, amendments, cancellations and no shows.

CANCELLATION: From 30 days prior to arrival - 100% of total accommodation per room will be charged for cancellation, or for any reduction in room nights. No shows - 100% of total accommodation per room will be charged. All cancellations must be made in writing to conferences@inhouseeventsolutions.com and are only confirmed if written acknowledgment has been received from InHouse Event Solutions. PAYMENT: The guests credit card will be charged 1 night’s accommodation at 21 days prior to arrival, then the remaining balance to be paid at 14 days prior to arrival. Any incidentals will be charged upon check out. If a third party is paying for any accommodation costs and the Hotel has not received the correct paperwork and/or payment for an invoice sent by your arrival date you shall be asked to pay for accommodation prior to check in. The credit card used to guarantee this reservation will only be charged in the case of cancellation and/or non arrival at the Hotel as outlined in the terms and conditions.
