Per a player - $20.00

Register as an Individual player

OR

Register as a Team:

  • a team can be from a minimum of 2 players with a maximum of 6 or 8 players  ($20 per a player).
  • Players can JOIN a TEAM by mentioning the TEAM NAME and selecting TEAM MEMBER in the registration type.

*Note: Max of 6 players per side permitted on court at any time, but the team roster can consist of more than 6 players.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the WA Beach Volleyball Tournament, I agree to assume all risks inherent in participation in such program, whether they are apparent to me or not. I certify that I am in good physical health and fit to participate (if you are in doubt, please consult your GP or health professional prior to undertaking physical activity/exercise). 

I acknowledge that participation carries an inherent risk of injury. I hereby waive and release any and all claims, causes of action, or liabilities which may hereafter accrue against the Australian Society of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (ASMIRT) and its affiliates, their agents, employees, volunteers, officers, directors, successors and assigns any and all sponsors, their representatives and successors, that may arise as a result of my participation in the WA Beach Volleyball Tournament, including but not limited to any and all claims for personal injuries and resulting outcomes of these.

The Team Coordinator needs to share the TEAM NAME with each member. Team members can then register themselves as a Team Member using the provided TEAM NAME.
